I just thought you all should know what a wonderful job Judy recently did quickly gathering the necessary data I needed to correctly and efficiently underwrite a new yacht your client recently purchased. I am not sure if you know all the details of this new purchase however we all found out at the last minute that the owner was going to close on the yacht and we all had to work together to get the quote turned around as well as have the policy issued in about a 24 hour time period. To some this might not be considered all too difficult however Judy had to deal with the seller's attorney & insurance broker due to the complexity how the yacht will be crewed over the next 90 days. This is not the first time I have been put in a situation when I have to do quick turnaround on accounts like this however it is with out a doubt the first time I have dealt with a broker that handled it with such professionalism. This was a great win for AIG and Gendelman, thanks for all the support.

Dear Bruce and Joe,

Thank you for the Black & Decker Storm Station! That's really a great gift (and if "predictions" are true, this is a gift that will not go unused!).

Our family (and very slowly our house) is moving past the H. Katrina flooding. Joe, my neighbors still talk about "that intrepid young man" who climbed wire fences, and waded thru flooded streets to check on his client! This is a good time of year to once again say "Thanks". Judy Ortiz continues to do a great job for us, and is thoroughly on top of our insurance needs.

Like man, I'm anxiuosly (i.e. "with anxiety") waiting for next year's Citizens premium notice. I'd certainly consider reasonable alternatives if/when available (?AIG policy, etc.).

I know you probably get a lot of complaints, but we would like to give the biggest praise for one of your employees and would very much appreciate if you could kindly send it on to the appropriate AIG department.

Don Cook has been absolutely phenomenal!

We called him on Monday, when it was clear that we were to evacuate from our home in Rancho Santa Fe, CA during the Southern California wild fires. He has organized fire crews to look after our property and kept in touch with us reassuring us that everything will be fine, which is greatly appreciated in times like this. He offered to be on call day and night and he was. But even before when there was not an emergency he has been right on top of all our affairs, he actually answers his email on Sundays!

We sometimes do our personal business email on Sundays, because then we have time to do it and there it was I got an answer back. We have been through a lot of insurance agencies, and besides your Pam Czerwinski, who herself is phenomenal, ( we got to know your company through her in Naples, Florida) this is the best service we ever received. So please if you would be so kind if you promote him, can you assure us that we will still be his clients?

Don is the most responsive and helpful insurance person or person in general we ever met. I believe that communication is the key to business relationships and even if he didn’t know something from the top of his head, he would get into it, and I knew that I could stop worrying about it, because he would let me know what to do. That is what we define as service.

We are truly blessed to be in his hands and would like to share that feeling with you.
